The Supreme Court on Wednesday maintained its belief on the basis of a major decision on the Aadhaar card. After this decision of the Supreme Court, all the doubts surrounding the Aadhaar card will now come to an end. The court said that the base card is different from all other identifying documents and can not be copied. Justice Sikri said that because of the support, the lower sections of the society have become stronger and they have got identity. The court said that mobile phones can not be linked to support. Here are some of the benefits that you will need.
Where must the necessity be?
- Need a support number for making PAN card and paying income tax return.
A support card will be required to benefit from government schemes and get subsidy benefits.

Where does it need to fall?
- The Supreme Court has clarified in its decision that no need for Aadhaar card for mobile SIM and bank account.
- No need for Aadhaar card for school admission.
- No need to seek a support card from students for CBSE, board exams.
- Support is not required for CBSE, NIT and UGC exams.
- Children under the age of 14 years may not be deprived of services provided by the Central and State Governments, unless there is no support.
- Telecom companies, e-commerce platforms, private banks and other such organizations can not demand a support card.

- Aadhaar card works for the benefit of common people and this will benefit the people sitting in the margins.
- Support data can not be stored for more than 6 months. Keeping data up to 5 years is bad in law.
